The one bedroom studio unit, garden view, has a king bed in the master bedroom,full bath, large lanais, overhead plantation fans, cable T/V and VCR and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a lovely large pool and jacuzzi and Webber gas grills at the Cliffs Resort. All linens are also furnished including an extra set if needed. Condobobs Cliffs and Sandpiper Village condo units located in Princeville, Kauai recently received special acclaim in the November 2003 issue of Arthur Frommers Budget Travel magazine for being one of the best budget buys on the Island of Kauai. The article is also posted on the web and Condobob will be happy to furnish you with the link as it may not be posted on the web site. None of the four other condos mentioned in the Budget Travel magazine article had lower unit values than Condobobs.
